Currency conversion issue

I've found something strange while trying to convert dollar to cent online. It's not generating an exact (dollar100) value when the last 2 digits are either 90 or 10! But in other cases like when the last 2 digits are say, 91, 89, 09, 11, it's calculating exactly (dollar100) value.
