Pull down to Refresh works, But Scrolling down the list resets back to top

Hi there,
I am developing an android app for my website using html5 and getting posts from our wordpress site through json. Following is the link of the app site

On Page load posts will loaded through ajax, If you try the scrolling on the posts, pull down to refresh works perfectly, But Scrolling the opposite direction, that is scrolling down to other posts, resets scroll to top after mouse up or touch end. I dont understand where I am missing, Can anyone please help me know what is the issue?
