x360ce does not activates when running the game

I've used my controller (a "subsonic" gamepad) with x360ce perfectly on Dark 
Souls (I & II). The only problem I had was that vibration didn't worked.

Now I'm trying to use it in Assassin's Creed Rogue (all files in the game 
folder) but when I run the game x360ce does not activate. I mean, the sound it 
makes in every game when the configuration loads automatically. 

so, summarizing: I have all configured, but when I run the game configuration 
does not activate.

I think more people are having this problem. Any solution?
