Is it possible to change the maximum version for puppet-archive to '7.1.0'. Do you want me to create a pullrequest?

Hi, I saw the code in main branch has the fix to this issue, however it hasn't been released yet, do you plan to create a 4.14.1 version anytime soon as it bloks people like me wo use pdk to manage their dependcy ;)
