Getting 500 internal server error in /webapi/packages

I am using unpub locally. To be able to add token I needed to have https protocol so I am using ngrok for that.
I was able to successfully publish the package but when I go to the unpub, I don't see any new packages. When I checked the http calls, I saw webapi/packages is getting 500 status.

This was resolved after downgrading mongodb_community to 4.4.
