Means to prohibit Metadata entry?

PDF Errata #290 explicitly prohibits the use of the Metadata key in DPart dictionaries (Table 409, DPart.tsv).

How to encode this in Arlington???

Achieved by a SpecialCase on the Parent entry (which has Required==TRUE).
Will generate a warning when validating the model since Metadata is not a key specified in DPart.tsv but that is the point.
