Description
We would like to invite all users from one survey and send them their personalized links.
See #45
It should also be possible to send a reminder to those who did not answer the survey.
We would prefer to handle the mailings via Notification Center.

I have finished implementing this feature. It is currently being tested and will probably be available with the next release (by the end of September).
