Problem
Discord offers no ability to quickly rob a user of all their messaging and interaction powers.
Proposed Solution
Command assigns users a bot generated role that takes their ability to send messages and add reactions.
Alternatives
- Editing user specific permissions:
- Role offers the advantage to see which users are currently muted
- Role can just be removed if moderators don't want to use !unmute
