Iframe not loading within the popup window on chrome ipad

I have implemented jQuery adaptive model popup window to show the help documentation on my site.
and the transition effect looks very impressive,

it works fine on desktop (chrome - preferable) but as I tested it on chrome ipad, the iframe was blank or black and no content was visible as the normal iframe is working fine on the site.

please see if there is any solution you forget to implement :|

as I don't want to remove this amazing popup model box from my system ..
