One Page Scroll and other page static content

This isn't a bug but it's just a doubt.

Is there a way that I can include one page scroll and also provide some extra content below or above the scrolling functionality?

And also, is there a way that the animation doesn't get applied on the last scroll? Like whatever animation gets applied to all the above slides should not be applied on the last screen or slide.
