Re-contextualise or remove "Site Plan" section

This section feels unfinished or badly placed with it's current position in the top-level menu

I think we can remove it tbh. For the launch we'll have "Guide", "Hackathons" and I think thats whats necessary for the launch. Once someone clicks on Guide they'll pretty much have the sitemap in that sidebar.
If we can't figure out what kind of things we will do for the TestNet page I'd say we also archive it for now. It will come back into focus when we figure more details about what makers need during the hackathon at that point it can be a sub page of a new "Tools" section.
