[Pebble v2.0-BETA2] charge_percent never reports 100%

charge_percent is not reaching 100. It only reports 90% after the watch reaches full power and is_charging goes false.
The documentation claims 0-100.
Either there is a bug in the implementation or the documentation that needs to be fixed.
