Add a view which shows a single random haiku and image

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently, the app shows a list of haikus and images. I'd like an endpoint (at /random) where I see just a single, randomly selected haiku and image. This should use a new view 'random.ejs' similar to 'index.ejs' but with the title "A Haiku for June"
