Option to paste not visible under issue edit form under a_common_libs plugin on Redmine 3.4x

Just change the filename from
\a_common_libs\app\views\acl_prepended_views\issues\_edit.html.erb
to
_edit.html.erb_

I have sent notice to the a_common_libs developer.
