"Staff Pick" Workflow Enhancements

This is the current workflow for creating a "staff pick":

1. Admin selects "Staff Pick" box
2. Admin Clicks save & publish
3. Browsers refreshes and takes user to the main screen

For this enhancement, let's talk about ways to get rid of steps 2 and 3. This will make assigning staff picks much easier and faster!
