Add Coinmarketcap Social Profile to Community Dropdown & Resources Page

In order to qualify for certain VIP features on Coinmarketcap, we have been slowly meeting their requirements. One requirement we have not fulfilled yet is having Peercoin's community profile linked on our main website.

This needs to be displayed in two different locations.

1. The community dropdown menu.
2. The community section on the resources page.

I can't seem to find CMC's logo files on their website, so either it's well hidden on there somewhere or we need to find it on Google.
