Tram lines not active

Tram lines construction is not activr when vertical bar is active and when compact vertical toolbar is inactive. These options can be switch from settings/interface

Works for me with fresh installation. Which NewGRF are you using? Could you attach a screenshot or a savegame?

@pelya This isn't an issue with NewRoadTypes, but with the default tramway not appearing when compact vertical toolbar is off, as shown in the images below. NewRoadTypes are appearing but the default tramway isn't.
