Add toggle option directly to dropdown options

Currently clicking on the extension icon shows links to store page, manage/remove extensions, options and unpin.
Situation
It takes too many steps to quickly enable or disable block sites from the list of sites that were defined in the extension.
Presently, you'd have to click on the extension, go to options, check/uncheck the Enabled? checkbox, and hit Save. That's one step too many.
Proposal
Add enable/disable toggle to the dropdown context menu

We cannot change what you see in that menu as in the screenshot, but what we can do, is to show a little window after left mouse click on the icon. And in that little window would be the Enabled? checkbox.
I will also try to remove "Save" button, and change everything immediately on every change.

I am starting to think having an easy way to disable/enable goes against the purpose of having uninterrupted work. The idea is to not change the settings for a few solid hours (or even days to break the habbit). In that case, 1 more click seems not only OK, but preferred. Maybe I am wrong. Let's get more opinions on this. If this gets some greater response like 10 thumbs ups, I am willing to add the feature asap.
