Context Menu's functionality is not obvious

I see there is an option to activate the context menu in the settings, but not sure what it does and how to see the menu.

Context menu option adds "Block Site" to browser's context menu when you right-click in a website. More here: 5.0

Thanks for the response.
It might need to tooltip, or an explanation of some sort in the option's page.
