Build instructions for Qt 5.6 with eglfs-brcm

This project is awesome. I was just wondering if you have a link or instructions on how you built Qt 5.6 with eglfs-brcm.
I also noticed that is I try to run qmake from /opt/qt5/bin it fails with:
pi@raspberrypi2:/opt/qt5/bin$ ./qmake
bash: ./qmake: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
It seems qmake is not the right architecture?
