bug: top space in view mode is shown even when the bar is hidden for screen filled prototype

Steps To Reproduce
- make some board prototype
- make the board width = screen width and height screen height
- go to view mode and toggle fullscreen
- select fill screen option
- see space in top of the board with height equal to top bar height
Expected behavior
when in fullscreen and prototype board in fill screen mode there should not be space on top of it. the prototype should fill the screen
Actual behavior
there is space in top of the prototype board
