Add "Track Chat Log" to context menu(s)

Using Dalamud.ContextMenu, we can make it so that when you right-click a player in the chat, you can add them to the plogon.

Possibly there are other context menus we'd like to add the feature to as well? Maybe a "Add to Always Tracked"?
