Is there a reason we don't want the Core bundle to have a dependency on the TestPoint bundle?

Otherwise, I think it would make sense to simplify the Core bundle to just be the TestPoint bundle + esmond and datastax-repo. The only difference, at the moment, is OPPD not being present in Core.
