Service status check reports usage

When running the command service --status-all the bwctld service reports its usage instead of its status.

root@centos6:)~# service snmpd status
snmpd is stopped
root@centos6:(~# service bwctld status
usage: /etc/init.d/bwctld (start|stop|restart|help)

start      - start bwctld
stop       - stop bwctld
restart    - restart bwctld if running by sending a SIGHUP or start if 
             not running
help       - this screen
