Host tab missing and privacy policy / device information not saving

Hello, I am new to perfsonar so please excuse me if this is in the wrong place.

I am installing version 5 with toolkit on Alma Linux 9. However when I attempt to enter device information and agree to the privacy policy, my changes do not save.

Also, the Host tab mentioned in the documentation as necessary for things like NTP is missing. I only have Administrative Information and Tests.

Is there something I'm overlooking here or has this behavior been observed by the community before?
