Case stories - capturing all the things in between

While the overall book structure will contain the process from going from nothing to solution in a well-defined and structured process, there is still all the politics, power-struggles and unforeseen issue happening in any website project.

To integrate these issues into the narrative, I need case stories from the trenches, both in the form of tender, feature-requirements and pitches made. But also in the form of interviews from agencies, customers and developers in the process.
