Retiring of splits module & migration of NFT-Tokens to bank module

Currently, splits module does the NFT functionalities handling along with wrap, unwrap functionalities.

Migrating to the bank module would enable Inter-NFT tokens & transactions with token ID as the NFT-Id
This would also enable deriving Address from Identity ID which can be further passed to the bank module.
