Would it be possible to add a column for detection time of objects on the image? It would be great to have the time in seconds each observer spends on an image, and how long it takes to detect an object.

You can add custom fields (e.g., time to first detection, total review time) and use an external timer / stopwatch. The custom fields hold image specific data so it would accomplish what you are asking.
