new keycloak operator 13.0.0 busts the deployment .. keycloak realm and clients do not initialise/sync properly
not obvious why they fail yet .. but results in the client secrets that tournament needs not being generated:
keycloak-client-secret-pbserver
keycloak-client-secret-pbclient
for now have pinned the Chart and operator to 12.0.3 - this requires manual approval on install though

We can also include in this chart an installplan approver whilst in Manual, see here for example
