get_ok (and possibly others) doesn't return false if the $url passed is undef

.. It does warn, and then acts as if get_ok wasnt called at all. Surely this should return an error?
I ask as we just found a test thats been incorrect for the last 3 years.... should check more warnings in our tests I guess!
