Right now I am working from the Energies template, but we could easily switch. I think we should go open-access (OA) regardless. Some other journals:
- Journal of Fluids Engineering (OA option?)
- Journal of Renewable and Sustainable Energy (OA?)
- PLoS ONE -- OA for a reasonable fee
- Journal of wind energy and industrial aerodynamics
- Wind Energy
