Authors are encouraged to provide a graphical representation of the paper as a self explanatory image to appear alongside with the abstract appearing on the Table of Contents. The graphic should not exceed 550 pixels and can be in JPG, TIFF, PNG or GIF format. See the journal instructions for authors page for further details.

550 pixels: see how the four figure combo-figure comes out? It is more of “overview/teaser” figure, so the graphs do not have to be legible.
