Display tenant for managed records if defined

Currently a tenant is only displayed for unmanaged records, even if a managed record has a tenant assigned to it. The rationale behind that is that it is not possible to assign a tenant to a managed record using the GUI.
However, a tenant can be assigned to a managed record using custom scripts or the API. Currently, this is not reflected in the GUI, though. It might, however, make sense to do so, and so a tenant should be displayed when defined.
