Replace the ODS section list with a "plot grid" spreadsheet that is optimized for editing.

  • Start with the section list, but sort out data that is not needed for editing.
  • Use section date/time as described in #1.
  • For each arc there is a column containing the section arc notes to be introduced with #3.
  • Provide import/export tests.
