@peterharperuk Look like this FW was made by Infineon/Cypress but commissioned by RPi.

Does it's carry the same license as the regular UART base controller that can be found here:
https://github.com/Infineon/bluetooth-freertos/blob/master/LICENSE.txt

E.g. is it fair to use that SDIO firmware on any 43439 chip coupled with any non RPi MCU?
