What is the intended use of git flow support?

Hi there,
please add some tutorial or documentation for git flow support. I am not quite sure on how to use it. Could you provide an example scenario? Thank you : )

I added a description of what the support command is for in the FAQ. Maybe this could be closed, unless there are additional places this needs to be documented.
