Update App navigation: TopNavBar and BottomNavBar

Change App navigation according the designs.
On desktop screen use top navigation:
logo and login status (onClick - dropdown with profile and logout)
On mobile screen use minimised top and full bottom navigation:
Home, Animals/Search, Favourites, Events, Reports. All using Bottom Nav.
