pexshell asks for keychain access twice on every command on mac

It's very noticeable on macos as it will ask for the keychain password on every keychain access unless you click the always allow button.

Example command: pexshell status alarm get

Seems to be due to hwchen/keyring-rs#23 - upstream closed the issue without a fix though.

This doesn't seem to be based on our usage of the keychain. @Humandoodlebug and I had a quick look at the keyring crate, but it seemed to be doing the right thing. Starting to think it's just a mac thing, and since most users will just click the "Allow All" button, I'm closing this as a wontfix
