Not Redirecting after deleting a prompt

Given I am user deleting a prompt
When I click on the delete prompt button
Then after deleting the prompt i should be redirected to prompt list page but instead its staying there only.
Expected behavior
after deleting the prompt i should be redirected to prompt list page
Steps to reproduce the problem
- delete a prompt
