Add filters to Dashboard view

Proposal

We currently have filters in the Requests page. Add them to the Dashboard screen as well, so they can be filtered by various properties.

Use-Case

This will allow a more granular view of events, costs and insights.

Contributions

Happy to let contributors grab this. This does require decent experience and knowledge with GraphQL, NestJS and React. Preferably also with OpenSearch.
