Make it possible to use the badge QR-Code to check-in an attendee

The following workflow is not uncommon:
- Attendee comes to the regdesk
- Someone behind the regdesk knows this person, and grabs the badge
- Now the person checking in must still lookup the name, or the attendee must provide the ticket
- Instead the QR-Code on the badge can be used to check the attendee in
Obviously only if everyone knows each other, but it can speed up the check-in by a couple seconds, and is less friction.
