Change url scheme for scanning-tokens

Scanning tokens for tickets and badges should be changed to use an actual URL, which could then be used in the regular browser "scan to open this page" functionality for users who are logged in. It would likely be slower than the dedicated page (so let's keep supporting both), but it would be a good workaround for things like the weird safari/ios-must-be-in-landscape issue.
