Started as administrator. Defender is not disabled.

Did you try disable tamper protection manually as specified in the README.md?

Wow, sorry. I used it the last time and it just worked.. But I had disabled temper protection manually there..
It was tamper protection! When I disabled it, it worked!

Please close this issue and maybe put a note about windows 11 at the top like: If it does not work for you, check the note below: I mean I should have read it carefully, but for some reason I did not see it when I was skimming the repo, my bad.
