Somehow verify if the post is pinned at the top of the profile

I need to get the latest post of a profile and the pinned posts are bothering me, i wish there was a way of detect if a post is pinned

I think that the medias should come with something that shows them are or are not pinned

A logic to skip this posts with we already have will be useful too
