User able to select samples not displayed in table

Summary

User is able to to select samples which are not displayed in the table. To replicate the issue, create 2 projects, in one of the projects create 200 samples. Once the samples are created, copy them into the second project. While the copying is in progress, open another tab and view the second project samples page. Click the Select All button. The selected and total number of samples currently displayed in the project do not match.

Note: The issue is also present on the group samples page. To replicate follow the steps above but this time the project that is receiving the copied samples should be underneath a group. Also, this issue would also present itself if transferring samples to a project within or outside of a group
