Fatal error immediately after install, Wrong parameters for Exception

I have just downloaded a zip file and installed Wikula under Zikula 1.3.3 . Trying to enter the admin panel (or even the main User function) gives a fatal PHP error:

PHP Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code [, Exception $previous = NULL]]]) in /home/vwww/mydbtdiary/lib/Zikula/HookManager.php on line 303

Closing this, I think it's a core bug at this point, problem in HookManager.php
