Hi!
Can you tag stubs by phalcon version? (old releases)

For old versions, I'd recommend using the legacy phalcon/dev-tools which will have all legacy versions by tag .. moving forward devtools will no longer have new versions. So if you prefer to have the latest and greatest using dev-master in your composer or any tagged release starting with 3.1.2, this is the right include; otherwise, if you're locked to previous there is no change using devtools.
