Cutscene triggering for party members in other locations

Describe the bug
"I was the leader of a party (Meisaka) and in the bank, a party member (Murica) was in the ruins dungeon doing quest and did the part that triggered the cutscene. part of the cutscene triggered for me in the bank, my UI disappeared, and I got a dialog that said "oh no..." then my screen was black for a minute or two before scrolling back to me."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. have completed the Ruins
2. invite someone who hasn't completed the ruins
3. you go to the bank
4. they go to the ruins and do the cutscene

Expected behavior
Cutscenes not to trigger for party members not at the cutscene location
