A new vignette for using iRecist should be created.

For the iRECIST parameters admiral::derive_extreme_event() can be used. An enhanced version which covers also confirmed endpoints is available in the 1960_enhance_derive_extreme_event@devel branch.

If any functionality is missing, please let me know.

For examples of deriving oncology endpoints with derive_extreme_event() see the updated ADRS vignette and template in the 234_deprecate@1960_enhance_derive_extreme_event@devel branch.
