Background Information
The hello admiral materials should be removed from this package. It is just an example from the template.
Definition of Done
All materials related to hello.admiral.R file, function, tests, documenation are removed from package.

@pharmaverse/admiralvaccines hi all. This is a great easy issue to try out - if you are feeling shakey on doing a PR and dealing with the CI actions.
This should definitely be removed before this package is sent out to testers
